Our Academy

Proficiency Point Academy was founded with the vision of Dr. Virendra Deosthalee to provide practical, hands-on education that builds real-world skills and confidence in every learner. Joined by his son, Rajas Deosthalee, a filmmaking student, the academy has grown into a hub for diverse technical, creative, language, and management courses designed to make students job-ready and adaptable. With over 1,500 individuals guided through career counselling by Dr. Deosthalee, PPA is dedicated to empowering each student to achieve their full potential and thrive in a dynamic world.
